During 5 to 7 November 2004, Mr. Le Hoai Duong participated in a Workshop on the amendment of Part VI of the Civil Code on IP and technology transfer co-organized by the Law Committee of the National Assembly and STAR-Vietnam Project. Participants are members in drafting board of the amended Civil Code, officials of MOJ and executives from STAR-Vietnam.

At the talk, Mr. Le Hoai Duong presented the Lê & Lê’s comments on the amendment of Part VI of the Civil Code in the condition that the Law on IP and Law on technology transfer are going to be promulgated. Lê & Lê suggests two alternatives for the amendment of Part VI of Civil Code basing on highly convincing grounds therein.
