April 2004, the Ministry of Police held a training course on “IP Rights and Enforcement" within the framework of the cooperation program with STAR-Vietnam project aiming at assisting economic police and officials of relevant agencies in studying legal regulations on IP Rights and Enforcement. Almost all participants of the course were economic police coming from 64 provinces and cities of the whole country and officials of relevant agencies. The course was organized in Hanoi and in Ho Chi Minh City in 5-7 and 12-14 April 2004 respectively. Mr. Le Hoai Duong was invited to give lecture on “Protection and Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights in Vietnam” at this course.
