From March 7–9, 2003, Mr. Le Hoai Duong, Managing Partner of Lê & Lê was invited to the Seminar on Drafting Civil Procedure Code organized by The Supreme People's Court in cooperation with STAR-Vietnam.

At the Seminar, Mr Le Hoai Duong contributed many of his opinions, especially on the issue of jurisdiction of the Supreme People's Court in dealing with intellectual propperty infringement and the provisional measures... The Seminar was participated by judges of the Supreme People's Court, delegations the National Assembly, experts of Ministry of Justice and STAR-Vietnam Project.
