The VIAC in cooperation with the National Office of Intellectual Property and Vietnam Coppyright Office, Market Management Bureau held a serminar on “IP Protection and IP Infringement Settlement in the Market Economy and International Economic Integration” on 24 March 2004 in Ha Noi. Participants were business leaders, attorneys, law and economic experts and administrative bodies.

At the seminar, Mr. Le Hoai Duong was invited to present on “The Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights in Vietnam”.
